JLS Power Brush System Cleaning Solution

Our JLS Power Brush System Cleaning Solution can be used to help clean the insides of instruments.

While it can work with a handheld tube brush, it works best with some water and a spinning brush, like our Power Brushes.

Traditionally there are 3 steps to instrument cleaning:

1. Degreasing (so that the acid will work)
2. Acid Dip (to get rid of organic material, like calcification)
3. Acid Neutralization (and some sort of final rinse and prep for polish if necessary)

This product works best on instruments with straight tubing. If the tubing has a sharp curve, the acid must do the work itself rather than try to get a spinning brush behind the curves.

An ultrasonic cleaner will take care of the first 2 steps of degreasing and organic breakdown. Regardless, this product is a great final step in that situation. If you have none of the above capabilities, this product will perform a large portion of the cleaning on its own.
